📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the end-to-end logistics process, ensuring materials and equipment are delivered on time and within budget.
• Manage procurement, vendor coordination, and supplier relationships to secure the best rates and quality.
• Plan and optimize transportation routes, utilizing tools like Google Maps and Fleet Management Software.
• Coordinate with project managers and site supervisors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor inventory levels and implement effective storage solutions.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices.
• Analyze logistics data to identify areas for improvement and implement cost-saving measures.
• Lead and mentor a team of logistics coordinators and drivers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics management, preferably in the construction or hospitality industry.
• Proven track record of managing complex logistics operations.
• Strong knowledge of logistics software, including SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Certification in Project Management (PMP) or equivalent is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
