In this role, you'll assist the head chef and other kitchen staff in preparing ingredients, baking bread, pastries, and other baked goods. Your daily tasks will include measuring and mixing ingredients, operating kitchen equipment such as ovens, mixers, and dough sheeters, and ensuring food safety and hygiene standards are met. You'll also learn to work efficiently in a team, follow recipes, and maintain a clean and organized kitchen.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist the head chef and other kitchen staff in preparing ingredients and baking bread, pastries, and other baked goods.
• Measure, mix, and knead ingredients accurately to create high-quality baked products.
• Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, mixers, dough sheeters, and other baking tools.
• Follow recipes and food safety guidelines to ensure consistent and delicious baked goods.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including cleaning equipment, utensils, and work areas.
• Assist in stock management and inventory control to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
• Learn and apply best practices in baking techniques and food presentation.
• Work efficiently in a team, following instructions, and contributing to a positive and productive kitchen environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a kitchen environment, preferably in a bakery or similar setting.
• Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and food safety.
• Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.
• Good physical stamina and the ability to stand, walk, and perform other physical tasks for extended periods.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality baked goods.
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools is a plus.
• Basic understanding of Indonesian cuisine is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
