📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and deliver engaging soft skill training programs using Microsoft Teams and Zoom.
• Create and update training materials, including presentations, workshops, and online courses.
• Conduct assessments and provide feedback to participants to measure the effectiveness of training programs.
• Collaborate with various departments to identify training needs and tailor programs accordingly.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in soft skills development.
• Mentor and coach participants to help them develop their soft skills.
• Evaluate the impact of training programs on employee performance and organizational goals.
• Provide ongoing support and resources to participants to ensure continuous skill development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development, preferably in soft skills.
• Certification in soft skills training or a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in developing and delivering training programs using Microsoft Teams and Zoom.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with various departments.
• Experience in using learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Bahasa Indonesia.
