In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing internal control, compliance, and business process functions. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage internal control and compliance functions to ensure adherence to company policies and regulations.,Develop and implement business process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.,Monitor and evaluate compliance with internal policies and external regulations.,Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement.,Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure compliance and process efficiency.,Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategic initiatives.,Ensure accurate and timely reporting of internal control and compliance activities.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in internal control and compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal control, compliance, or a related field.,Strong understanding of internal control frameworks and compliance regulations.,Proven experience in managing and leading teams.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Knowledge of ERP systems is a plus.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
