📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet business needs.,Source, attract, and recruit top talent for various positions within the organization.,Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and offer management.,Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.,Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead in the recruitment landscape.,Evaluate and improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.,Collaborate with other HR functions to ensure alignment with organizational goals.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar role.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
