Plus Leaf Indonesia is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Learning Development professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing learning and development programs to enhance the skills and performance of our employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in learning and development, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others grow and succeed.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop learning and development programs to enhance the skills and performance of employees.,Collaborate with managers and employees to identify training needs and develop solutions.,Create and deliver training materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and on-the-job training.,Evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.,Work with the HR team to align learning and development initiatives with organizational goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, with a focus on employee training and development.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using learning management systems and other relevant software.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
