📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop key client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing client base.,Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement sales strategies.,Monitor client accounts and provide regular reports on performance and trends.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure smooth business operations.,Identify and address client concerns and issues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.,Participate in industry events and conferences to network and stay updated on market trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and relationship management.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong understanding of the maritime industry and related products/services.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and CRM software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with sales and marketing strategies and best practices.
