📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and grow a portfolio of key client accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.,Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends.,Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing, ensuring timely and effective follow-ups.,Provide regular reports and presentations to senior management on sales performance and client feedback.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product and service improvements based on client feedback.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.,Strong understanding of client needs and the ability to provide tailored solutions.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using sales and CRM software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
