📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of security system projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams, to ensure project goals are met.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the security industry.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors.
  • Prepare and present project reports, including status updates and final project deliverables.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role in the security systems industry.
  • Strong understanding of security system technologies, including CCTV, access control, and alarm systems.
  • Excellent project management skills, including risk management, budgeting, and scheduling.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to project sites as required.
