📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide round-the-clock care to premature and critically ill newborns in the NICU.
• Monitor and maintain vital signs using advanced monitoring equipment.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the medical team.
• Collaborate with pediatricians, neonatologists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.
• Perform neonatal procedures such as intubation, suctioning, and feeding.
• Document patient care and progress accurately in the electronic medical records system.
• Participate in staff meetings and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
• Promote a safe and compassionate environment for both patients and staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a NICU or pediatric setting.
• Certification as a Registered Nurse (RN) or equivalent.
• Proficiency in using electronic medical records systems such as Epic or Cerner.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.
