📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.,Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.,Train and mentor junior sales consultants to ensure consistent performance and growth.,Manage the sales pipeline and forecast future sales performance.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products/services.,Attend industry events and trade shows to network and build brand awareness.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.,Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
