📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.,Manage the entire recruitment process from job advertising to onboarding.,Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and requirements.,Conduct job interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates.,Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.,Monitor recruitment metrics and KPIs to ensure the effectiveness of our recruitment efforts.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Lead and mentor junior recruitment staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record in leading recruitment teams.,Strong understanding of local labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with the food and beverage industry is a plus.
