We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Receptionist to join our team in Palembang. As a Junior Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist guests and clients upon arrival and departure.,Check-in and check-out guests and clients, ensuring accurate documentation.,Handle reservations and bookings for accommodations, tours, and other services.,Provide information about the company's services, facilities, and local attractions.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.,Maintain a clean and organized reception area.,Assist in handling inquiries and complaints, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolution.,Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.,Good computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.,Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.,Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.
