Point Silver Lestari is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Distribution Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the distribution process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products to our customers. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the distribution process, including order processing, inventory management, and delivery scheduling.,Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers, meeting or exceeding service level agreements.,Monitor and maintain inventory levels, and coordinate with suppliers to replenish stock as needed.,Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to distribution performance, such as delivery accuracy, on-time performance, and customer satisfaction.,Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and ensure that distribution processes align with sales objectives.,Maintain accurate records of all distribution activities, including orders, deliveries, and inventory movements.,Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders, addressing any issues or concerns related to distribution.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a distribution or logistics-related role.,Strong knowledge of distribution and logistics principles, including inventory management, order processing, and delivery scheduling.,Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for transportation purposes.,Fluency in Indonesian language is a must.
