📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.,Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to manage inventory levels and stock movements.,Implement and maintain warehouse safety protocols and standards.,Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and prevent losses.,Train and mentor junior staff to enhance team performance and productivity.,Collaborate with the procurement team to optimize inventory management and reduce costs.,Utilize warehouse management software to track and manage inventory and orders.,Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management software and systems.,Proven ability to manage and optimize inventory levels.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Certification in warehouse management or relevant industry certifications is a plus.,Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia is required.
