Hub Life Nusantara is seeking a dynamic and experienced Area Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations and performance of our sales team in the Cilandak region. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of success in sales management and a strong understanding of the insurance industry.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise a team of sales agents to ensure they meet or exceed sales targets.,Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and training to sales agents.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the insurance industry.,Proven track record of success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Strong understanding of the insurance industry and products.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.
