📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise a team of retail staff, ensuring they are trained and motivated to deliver excellent customer service.,Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, sales targets, and customer satisfaction.,Implement and monitor retail strategies to drive sales growth and improve store performance.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Conduct regular staff meetings and performance reviews to address concerns and provide feedback.,Manage store budgets and expenses, ensuring profitability and cost efficiency.,Promote and maintain a positive store image, both internally and externally.,Collaborate with other departments to achieve company goals and objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully leading and managing a retail team.,Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
