📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.,Ensure the store is well-stocked and organized to meet customer demands.,Provide excellent customer service, handling inquiries and resolving issues promptly.,Monitor and record sales transactions accurately.,Assist in training and mentoring new staff members.,Maintain a clean and safe working environment.,Collaborate with the team to achieve store targets and KPIs.,Participate in inventory management and restocking activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience as a Store Operator or similar role is preferred.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with basic inventory management systems.,Willingness to work remotely and adhere to company policies.,Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or similar software.,Ability to lift and move items up to 20 kg.
