As the Head Inspector, you will oversee daily inspections, conduct thorough assessments, and implement corrective actions to prevent equipment failures. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and supervise a team of inspectors to ensure comprehensive and accurate equipment inspections.
• Conduct detailed visual, mechanical, and operational inspections of heavy equipment using industry-standard tools and software such as InspectionWorks and AutoCAD.
• Develop and implement inspection protocols and checklists to ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational standards.
• Perform root cause analysis to identify and address equipment issues, and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to ensure timely repairs and maintenance of equipment.
• Monitor and report on equipment performance and safety metrics to senior management.
• Conduct training and mentoring for junior inspectors to ensure high standards of inspection quality.
• Ensure all inspections are documented and maintained in accordance with company and regulatory requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in heavy equipment inspection, with a focus on mining and construction equipment.
• Certifications in heavy equipment inspection and safety compliance, such as Certified Equipment Inspector (CEI) or similar.
• Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations, including ASME, API, and OSHA.
• Proven experience in leading and mentoring inspection teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in using inspection software and tools such as InspectionWorks and AutoCAD.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and meet tight deadlines.
