📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and outreach.

Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients and partners.

Assist in the preparation and presentation of proposals and business plans.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of business development activities.

Monitor and report on the progress of business development initiatives.

Stay updated on industry trends and market developments.

Participate in sales meetings and events to promote our products and services.

Provide administrative support to the Business Development Manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in business development or a similar role.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proactive and results-oriented mindset.

Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.

Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
